UnityWorks founder, Dr. Randie Gottlieb, gave a very well-received presentation on “Recognizing Oneness: Educating Teachers about the Unity of Humankind,” at the recent International Social and Economic Development Conference in Orlando, Florida.  The focus of the presentation was on leading teachers from the widespread view of separate races, from entrenched prejudices passed down from previous generations, from prevailing notions of us and them, to the recognition that we are one human race. The conference was attended by 650 development practitioners from countries throughout North and South America and Europe.

“Dr. Gottlieb’s presentation at our conference fit us like a professionally tailored suit. The “Finding the Center” conference is a unique event in which we invite the general public, elected leaders, university faculty and students from all ages. It is a rare gift to be able to speak effectively to such a naturally diverse group and to be able to hold their interest. Dr. Gottlieb made it seem like the most natural thing in the world. She had all of our attendees thinking AND smiling and leaving her presentations inspired about our potential together in a common future. Our conference registrant feedback confirms this and we would enthusiastically recommend her as one of our most professional, effective and inspirational speakers.”

“The two-week training provided by the Mona Foundation was very enthusiastically received by the Ngobe teachers. They loved the hands-on part of the training and were very proud of their work. We were told that they called it the ‘best seminar’ ever received! We cannot thank Mrs. Gottlieb enough for the high standard of her teaching. You have won the heart of the Ngobe people. We are deeply grateful.”

“Dr. Gottlieb tailor-made and delivered an absolutely outstanding diversity training for the Yakima County, WA justice system. This experience has improved our organizational culture and our relationships with each other and the citizens to whom we deliver justice services. The Yakima County justice system is a better place because of Dr. Gottlieb and UnityWorks.”

“The Washington Growers League serves an industry with many cultural and language issues to address. Randie Gottlieb helped us break new ground by guiding us through our first bilingual cultural awareness training for over 300 foremen, supervisors, business owners and managers. The training seminar was handled with skill and sensitivity. We found Randie to be professional in all aspects and would gladly work with her again.”
